I work out of my home kitchen in Wailuku on the island of Maui, Hawaii.

Keep the cupcakes refrigerated from the time of pickup until 15-30 minutes before eating. Do not put in the direct sun or heat as the buttercream flowers will deform. If in air conditioning, the cakes can be displayed earlier. I suggest you consume the day of pickup for optimal freshness, taste and appearance. Leftovers may be kept chilled in an air-tight container for 2-3 days.
I am a Certified Food Handler. Cupcakes are baked and decorated in a home-based kitchen and it is not routinely inspected by the Department of Health. Please note: This is NOT an allergen-free kitchen.
